Debi J. Munoz, 56, of Punxsutawney, PA died Saturday, March 25, 2017 at home.
She was born May 29, 1960 in Clearfield, PA, the daughter of Joe and Ellen (Pennington) Neeley.
She is survived by one son, Jesse P. Munoz of Punxsutawney, PA; three daughters, Alicia Munoz of Summerville, PA, Juanita McElroy and her husband, James of Falls Creek,  Ricky Sholes of Punxsutawney, PA; and by one brother, David Neeley of Arizona

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Andrea Munoz.

Friends will be received at the Richard L. Fait Funeral Home in Punxsutawney on Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 11-12
 the funeral service will be held at the funeral home at  12:00 PM

I was so sorry to see that Debi had passed away. I used to live by your Grama and Grandpa Neeley---way back when both of us were just kids. My heart goes out to all of you --it is hard to lose someone so young. You have my deepest sympathy. Cherie Snedden Forsyth

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Debra. I am so sorry for your loss. Deb and I were friend back in DuBois may years ago. She always was a gentle soul. Rest in Peace Deb. Amy Burd
