Charles L. Harmon, 67, died peacefully at Mulberry Square in Punxsutawney on December 20, 2020. 

Charles was born on December 1, 1953, to Luther C Harmon and Mildred A (Brink) Harmon of Smicksburg, PA., who preceded him in death.

He was also preceded in death by a sister,  Linda (Harmon) Testut  and husband Jake Testut as well as a brother George Harmon and a niece,Tonjia Testut.

He’s survived by his wife Rose Marie (Perry) Harmon, sons William and Luther Harmon of Georgeville, PA as well as several nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. 

Additionally he’s survived by several siblings;  Robert Harmon (Des) of Juneau, PA,  Marjorie (Harmon) Frampton (James) of Smicksburg, PA and Clark Harmon (Brenda) of Timblin, PA.

Also surviving are his sister-in-law Jenny Perry and brother-in-law – Kenny Perry.

Charles enjoyed many jobs over the years.  He worked at the Punxy. Spirit newspaper, worked as a bus driver and mechanic at Punxy Bus Company, and at Pierces Garage in Marchand.   Additionally he worked as a driver for Harmon Enterprises and a driver for Pearce’s Lumber.

He also served as a member of the Plumville Fire Dept. Fire Police.

His care and funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Richard L. Fait Funeral Home in Punxsutawney, PA  15767.  As per the wishes of his family his funeral services will be private.  He will be interred in the Smicksburg Cemetery.
