Frances Leach Obituary

Mrs. Frances Leach. 92, passed away peacefully at her home in Reynoldsville, PA on September 2, 2022. For many years, Frances was an active member of the United Methodist Church in Brookville, PA. Fran was a deeply religious person and not only believed in Jesus, but emulated Him through her kindness, compassion, love and generosity. Fran spent countless hours volunteering at the Jefferson Manor and she was a familiar face at the YMCA. Frances was well known for being a good listener, and providing thoughtful counsel to her family and friends. She will be sorely missed by all. Frances is survived by her children Jeffrey Leach, Charles Leach and Nancy Geist; grandchildren Matthew Geist and his wife Carolyn Geist, William Geist, Jeremy Geist and Christopher Leach; and great-grandchildren Joel Geist, Elliot, and Ryder Snyder. Frances is predeased by her beloved husband Charles Leach and grandson Jesse Leach. A Celebration of Life for Frances will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at the McKinney - d'Argy Funeral Home, 345 Main St, Brookville, PA, 15825, followed immediately by a dinner at a Brookville location to be determined. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Frances' name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN, 38105, www.stjude.org
