Kathleen "Kathy" Elaine (Walters) Emigh

Kathleen “Kathy” Elaine (Walters) Emigh, 76, of Falls Creek, PA, passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2023, while at her home surrounded by her loving family. Kathy was born on September 21, 1947, to the late Harry T. and Gerturde (Morey) Walters in Ford City, PA. She married the love of her life, James Allen Emigh Sr., on November 16, 1963, at the Ford City Methodist Church; James preceded her in passing on September 22, 2019. Many people would remember Kathy as the owner and operator of Arrow Head Gift Shop. She opened the physical location in Falls Creek, PA in 1993. In 2001, she closed the shop in Falls Creek but continued her business by selling at flea markets with the most recent being the spring of 2023. Kathy loved to go camping with her family and could never get enough of it. She also loved her dogs. Kathy will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by one son, James Allen Emigh Jr., and three grandchildren. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, from 4pm to 6pm, at the Snyder – d’Argy Funeral Home, 206 E. Main Street, Reynoldsville, PA 15851. A memorial service will take place immediately following the visitation, beginning at 6pm. Kathy’s wishes were to have her cremated remains buried with her husbands on their private family property. The spot she designated will be identified and memorialized by planting a “family tree” that will honor them for many generations.
