Tina May Moore, 59, of Punxsutawney passed away peacefully at Penn Highlands – Dubois Hospital on November 11, 2021.
Tina was born in Harrison Township, Allegheny County, PA on March 3, 1962 to Floyd Ray Pennington and Bertha Ann Hillman, who both predecease her in death.
She is survived by her loving husband David L. Moore Sr. of Punxsutawney. She’s also survived by two sons David Moor, Jr. from Florida, and Joseph Moore of Curwensville,PA.
Additionally she is survived by several sisters: Ann Pennington, Nancy Harkleroad (John), Nellie Windsor, Hope Delorme, Shirley Huey, Ethel Coleman, Helen Pennington as well as one brother, Floyd (“Son”) Pennington.
Additionally, she is survived by five grandchildren.
Tina had many interests which included quilting, painting, and doing significant volunteer work for her church. She especially loved spending quality time with her husband, her family, and her grandchildren.
Tina’s funeral arrangements are under the care of the Richard L. Fait Funeral Home, Punxsutawney.
A public visitation will be held at the Fait Funeral home on Saturday November 20, 2021 from 1 PM to 5 PM. Pastor Donald Pendley will officiate a funeral service and committal service at the funeral home at 4:30 PM on Saturday 20th. at the funeral home. Tina has requested that visitors wear blue as this was her favorite color.
Her final resting place will be at the Burnside Cemetery. At the family’s request – her committal will be private.
